Who may inquire
WAPAF considers membership applications from national organizations only.
An organization considering an inquiry should prepare a short description of its national scope, governance, legal identity, sporting activity and authorized contact. Submit only information the organization is permitted to share.
Prepare before contacting WAPAF
- Confirm the organization’s official name, country and contact person.
- Describe its national remit and the disciplines it represents.
- Identify where governing documents and public information can be verified.
- List the questions that require a direct answer from WAPAF.
Publication and status
An inquiry does not establish membership. Public membership status should be treated as confirmed only when it appears in WAPAF’s published member directory. This page does not set admission criteria, fees or timelines.
