A lache is a release and transfer from one bar to another. In the Russian rules of 2025, this discipline measures the maximum distance of a transfer between horizontal bars.
The competitive objective is distance. This is distinct from a judged freestyle routine. Attempt validity and equipment requirements must be checked in the applicable rules.
