The congress is the highest body and consists of delegates of the member federations. It adopts the statutes, approves the budget and elects the Executive Board.
The Executive Board manages the federation between congresses. The Technical Committee proposes competition rules and accredits officials, and the Athletes Commission represents the views of athletes.
The Secretariat carries out day-to-day work: the calendar, the results archive, membership administration and communication.
