The federation exists to bring national organisations together around shared competition standards, so that results achieved in one country mean the same thing in another.
Our values are fairness, safety, openness and respect for athletes. Rules and decisions are published, officials are trained and accredited, and appeals follow a documented procedure.
We work with national federations on development programmes, coach and judge education and the creation of a transparent international calendar.
