Oceania titles decided at Sydney Harbour Workout Championship

Athletes from six federations competed for continental titles.

The Oceania championship in workout freestyle was held in Sydney on 12 and 13 September.

Solo and mixed pair categories were contested in front of a full arena. Qualification points awarded here count towards the 2027 ranking.
