Parkour Lache centers on the transfer between horizontal bars. The Russian rules of 2025 define the competitive objective as maximum transfer distance.

Speedrun measures the time needed to complete an obstacle course. Lache measures distance between bars. Attempt validity and equipment requirements are defined in the applicable event rules.
